23 Nicoline Georgine Andersen

Born on 18 December 1817 on the Møllemosegård farming estate to Peter David la Cour (no. 10) and Ane Clausine la Cour, Nicoline married Emil August Andersen on 23 September 1843. Emil was born on 23 September 1815 at Rosengaarden, a farm outside the town of Ringsted, to parents Peter Octavius Andersen and Cathrine Petronelle Gundersen. He purchased the Hammelevgaard farming estate in 1842, the year before he married Nicoline. Two years after Nicoline died on 8 November 1848, Emil sold Hammelgård. He managed Kærstrup manor from 1853, then Søholt manor and, lastly, the Gammelgård farming estate, which is where he was on 24 November 1867, the day he died, thrown from a cart in an accident caused by a couple of runaway horses. (Three children: the Hammelevgaard Line.)
