Hanne was a daughter of Peter David la Cour (no. 10) and Ane Clausine la Cour, born on 27 October 1819 on the Møllemosegård farming estate. She married Jens Christian Ziemer on 11 April 1845. Jens was born on 4 August 1815 in Ribe, and his parents were Jens Christian Ziemer and Kristine Hageman. After graduating from the Ribe grammar school* at the upper secondary level, Jens studied medicine, graduating in 1842 and starting work as a doctor that same year in
Svendborg. The 1860 census lists Jens and Hanne as living at the address of Gjerritsgade 10 in Svendborg, together with their two daughters and two servant girls aged 16 and 23. After Jens died on 11 September 1865, Hanne moved to Odense in 1866 and then to Copenhagen in 1869. At the time of her death on 29 November 1885, she was living in Odense.
